Author:Author unknown, Issue: March 2000, Topic: Volunteering
As the Alien Times is a community project done entirely with volunteers, we would like to request a bit of help from our readers. We are, of course, always looking for good material in the form of articles or information about upcoming events.
Another area of need is help in distribution. Shani Yatabe has volunteered to take over Beth Prince's job of handling the mailing and major portion of the distribution, but one thing that would help whoever is delivering to such places as Matsushiro I-chome and 5-chome is for someone in each of those communities to volunteer to distribute in that area. Thus, if someone in each housing complex would volunteer to handle that unit, we could just put the number needed in that one mailbox and depend on that person to later distribute them to each of the boxes in that complex. Please call the Alien Times at 55-1907 if you'd be willing to help.
