he International Exchange Fair will be held in Tsukuba Center Area on 14th (Sat.) and 15th (Sun.) May 2000 and many events have been planned. Every year, special events such as foods and folk dances from around the world were introduced to the people in the hope of increasing cultural awareness. We are looking for any group or individual willing to perform (dance or sing) or set up a booth introducing your country's food and/or information.
Come on, it will be a lot of fun!
Recruitment Goals
Stage:10 groups
Introducing songs or dances etc.
Booth:10 groups
Introducing food or cultural information etc. (For groups cooking, there are health center requirements). Groups centering on political or religious activities are not allowed.
Cost
5,000 Y per booth (doesn't apply to stage groups)
Beginning this year, Tsukuba Cultural Foundation will be collecting ´5,000 for the preparation of the booth, garbage collection etc.

Selection is based on the contents of the application form, which is available at: Tsukuba Cultural Foundation 1-10-1, Takezono, Tsukuba (in Tsukuba Capio)
