The "International Training in Communication" (ITC) is and international organization with headquarters in Anaheim, California. It's purpose is to develop communications skills in English along with fostering general leadership skills, organizational techniques and creative thinking. It is similar in its aims to the "Toastmasters Club" (which also has a chapter in Tsukuba), and members make interesting presentations on a variety of topics. ITC meets every second Tuesday of the month on the 3rd floor of Capio just east of Daiei from 1 to 3 pm. For further information, call Miho Matsuoka at 73-3266.
