Japan Association of Language Teachers Computer Communications by Frank Berberich
The June presentation will be at the Mito Shimin Kaikan on Sunday June 23rd from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Dr. Frank Berberich, who teaches at the University of Library and Information Science, will give a presentation about computer-assisted language learning. The workshop will feature video-taped sequences of actual Web-surfing and e-mail communication. After demonstrating different computer communication techniques, he will lead a frank discussion of their uses for language learning. Dr. Berberich authored the popular column "Frankly Speaking" in the journal Jiji Eigo Kenkyuu.
