Cosmos no kai will be sponsoring its fifth special Japanese cooking class for the international community. Our menu for this class will consist of Thick Roll Sushi, Seafood in a Pot, and Sunrise Sweet Potato Dessert. The class will be held on Monday, Feb. 26 from 10:30 am to 2 pm at the TEPCO Plaza near Seibu Department Store in the MOG Building.
We are honored to have a great cooking teacher, Mrs. Midori Hoseno, to teach our class for the fifth time. She has studied French cooking at the Cordon Bleu in Paris for two years, where she received "Le Grande Diplome", the highest certificate offered at the school. She has also studied Japanese and Chinese cooking in Japan.
This class will be conducted in Japanese, but there will also be an English interpreter. Several of the Japanese participants can also speak English and can help where needed. There is a limit of 20 persons for registration, and so if you are interested, call Kumi at 42-6913 for further information or to register. The fee is 2500 yen per person.
