Have you ever eaten kangaroo meat? It is available in Japan through this website: http://www.roomeat.co.jp. Apparently, it is very tasty when it is marinated in olive oil and lemon, with garlic and rosemary. Tossed in the frying pan for a few minutes (rare is best), and then served on top of salad greens. Low in fat, low in cholesterol. Many doctors are very interested in roomeat as a way to prevent lifestyle diseases associated with modern eating habits.
The meat of Australia's bush kangaroo may be the highest known source of the healthy fat CLA, a University of Western Australia and CSIRO sponsored PhD student has discovered.
