Author: Author Unknown, Issue: May 1998, Topic: Legal

The Foreigner Consultation Section of the Ibaraki International Association sponsors regular free consultation days at the headquarters in Mito. The consultation is available in 10 languages other than Japanese, and confidentiality is strictly maintained. During May, the days set aside for this purpose are Tuesday, May 12 and Tuesday May 26. In June, the days will be the 9th and 23rd. Call 029-244-3811 for more information.

There will also be a special consultation day held in Tsukuba on Sunday, June 14 from 11 am to 4 pm at the Tsukuba Information Center (52-6789). Again, interpreters for 10 languages will be available to translate your questions and Japanese law expert's advice on any relevant legal subject.
