Too Many Books

Author: Author unknown, Issue: September 1996, Topic: Books, Events

Those of you who have come to the book exchange to find some reading have no doubt noticed the shelves are overstocked with novels and other books. Several boxes are likewise filled. As part of an overall straightening up, volunteers are needed on Saturday afternoon, September 28 for as long as they are willing to stay. As there more books than there is room, excess books are to be boxed and shipped to a Seaman's service center in Hokkaido with the opposite problem. We'll start when anyone shows up. There are lots of books to sort out, and you are welcome to take as many as you want. If you have any questions, call Tim at 55-1907.
