In recent years, the city of Tsukuba has been offering a series of recorded messages in English on various topics you might need information on. This service is available 24 hours a day, and can be accessed from any telephone. This service is provided by the International Division, and any feedback you have as to what additional information would be helpful or any other changes you would like to see be made is always welcome. You can contact the office at 36-1111 ext. 2790 (ask for Reiko Umino).
To access this service, dial 37-1144 for the introductory recorded message and follow the instructions. After the beep, you simply enter the four digit code of the message you are interested in hearing.
