Tsukuba University to Offer Pottery Classes

Classes open to the public for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of pottery making begin in April and May. Limited to 30 per class, the beginning level is held on Wednesdays (5:30 to 8:30 pm) starting April 1, with the final session only being on a Saturday (June 6). The intermediate and advanced classes follows the same pattern with the intermediate classes being on Mondays (April 6 through June 10) and the advanced on Tuesdays (May 12 through September 29). Registration deadlines are March 12 for the beginner and intermediate levels and April 9 for advanced. The cost is 9400 yen. Call the university at 53-2216 for more specifics.
