Whole Wheat Flour Available

Author: Author unknown, Issue: January 1998, Topic: Food

If you are into baking and like a little more flavor and nourishment than white flour gives, why not add some whole wheat flour to your favorite recipe? It's difficult to buy locally, but I can get it for 1050 yen for 5 kg at a flour mill in Tokyo. As it is next door to the school my children attend, I frequently go by the place. If you want some, please let me know. I also have Kretschmer's Wheat Germ available for 500 yen per jar. Call Tim at 55-1907.
