Tsukuba Muslim Residents Association: December 1998

The Tsukuba Muslim Residents Association offers regular programs. For brothers, there are Juma prayers every Friday at 12:00 noon at the mosque at 103 Yashima Heights, 3-3-5 Kasuga, Tsukuba. The next halaqa for sisters will be on December 12 at 1:30 pm at the same place. Halal meat is also available. There will be special programs for the month of Ramadan, which is approaching around December 20, depending on moon sighting. For more information call Dr. Anisur Rahman Khan at 0298-51-9546

The International Women's Network (IWN) is a group of women who enjoy chatting with people from all over the world. We hold a monthly potluck dinner where we exchange information about the local community while eating a variety of foods. No reservation is needed to attend the potluck.
